All bookings are provisional and will
be held for 7 days.
A deposit of £75.00 per vehicle must
be paid within 7 days to confirm your booking.

The balance must be paid no later
than 28 days prior to your hiring of our vehicles.
Any hiring required within 28 days
must be paid in full at time of booking. Taxis booked for
evening transfers are a separate booking for which a
separate deposit is required at the time of booking.
Cancellations must be made in writing
to White Wedding Taxis. All cancellations will result in
loss of your deposit. Should the hirer cancel within 28
days of the wedding date the balance is due in full. In
the event that we secure another booking for the vehicle
for the same date all monies will be refunded minus the
In the event of the hirer changing
the date of a booking, with at least 28 days notice, we
will transfer the deposit to the new date if that date is
available. However, if the new date is unavailable the
hirer will forfeit the deposit.
White Wedding Taxis reserves the
right to substitute vehicles in the event of mechanical
failure or other circumstances beyond our control.
Vehicles of a lesser hire charge will entitle the hirer to
a refund of the difference. Where a vehicle of a higher
hire charge is substituted no extra will be charged to the
The vehicle(s) will arrive at the
agreed time and date specified on the booking form. The
Hirer must ensure that all agreed passengers will be ready
for departure at that time. No additional journeys will be
made other than those agreed in our confirmation.
Each booking will be for a set number
of hours or journeys as indicated in our confirmation.
Should extra time be required an additional charge will be
made. Extra time is charged at £60.00 per hour for our
modern taxis and pro-rata for our vintage and FX4 taxis.
This must be paid in cash to the driver.
Our chauffeurs will choose the route
based on local knowledge and/or satellite navigation. No
responsibility can be taken for road closures or for
restrictions relating to vehicle access to any location or
hold ups on route or adverse weather conditions. We cannot
be held responsible for late arrival or cancellation due
to circumstances beyond our control. We recommend that you
are covered by adequate wedding insurance.
The hirer is responsible for any
damage caused to the vehicle(s) by themselves and/or
guests. A minimum charge of £ 50.00 will be charged to
cover valeting costs should fouling be caused by any
passenger through drink, food or illness. Smoking and
eating is strictly forbidden in all vehicles.
If champagne service is reqested the
client must supply their own champagne and White Wedding
Taxis will provide use of a champagne bucket and
disposable champagne flutes. Under no circumstances will
passengers be allowed to use glass flutes.
All passengers are requested to make
sure that all belongings are with them before vacating the
vehicle(s). Valuables should not be left in the vehicle(s)
during the ceremony. Whilst very effort is made to ensure
against damage or or loss to property of the hirer or any
member of the wedding party White Wedding Taxis will not
be held responsible.
